When do new products arrive to the stores?


Between our Willoughby Hills and Lyndhurst locations, we have various deliveries arriving daily including a fresh produce delivery every morning! Although it is subject to change, you can expect multiple grocery, bakery, deli meats & cheeses, as well as wine & beer deliveries weekly.




How is Produce Place handling COVID-19?


For the safety of customers and associates, all customers over 10 years of age are required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth while shopping in Produce Place stores—no exceptions. Face coverings are also required for our associates and partners such as vendors and contractors. We have posted signs and floor markings to encourage the practice of social distancing, consistent with the recommendations from the governor of Ohio. Many self-service food stations will be closed until further notice. Out of respect for our associates and other customers, we ask that you please practice social distancing while shopping in our stores. We are reinforcing our already stringent sanitation efforts in our stores, and offices. Included with sanitation, we offer wipes at the entrances of our locations to enable customers to sanitize their carts and baskets. We are asking associates to stay home if they feel unwell.




What forms of payment are accepted at Produce Place locations?


Both of our locations accept Cash, and all major credit/debit cards (besides American Express) Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily NOT accepting checks at this time.
